Sr. Data Analyst - Customer Experience The Senior Customer Experience Data Analyst (Customer Experience/Market Research) collects, analyzes, and reports AAA member and industry information to the organization. This position designs reports and analyses regarding member experiences, needs, attitudes, and behaviors to provide insights to leadership. This individual will be responsible for monitoring member experience, analyzing data, communicating findings, identifying trends, and making recommendations. Responsibilities include: Design, build, and maintain reporting that measures performance of KPIs within Service Quality/Member Experience studies (member feedback measures) Support management through scheduled Corporate reporting, accurate performance measurement, and baseline metrics establishment Provide ad hoc data analysis in variety of source systems and using a variety of data analysis tools/languages (SQL, Teradata, Tableau, Excel) May include performing quantitative and verbatim (text) analyses Summarizing findings in clear concise manner for various levels of internal clients Identify and analyze trends with root cause analysis while providing solutions Assist with monitoring of data loading and data integrity Including: designing, building, and maintaining data integrity monitoring reports, and investigating data integrity & anomalies Document existing and newly created processes for implementation in production systems Effectively communicate with several types and levels of staff and external contacts Qualifications/skills needed: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (business/economics, math, statistics, computer science, engineering) or comparable experience. 3-7 years in a traditional data or analytics corporate environment. Clear communication, both in writing and verbally. Intermediate Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, complex calculations, pivots, experience with large datasets, etc.) required. Intermediate SQL skills with understanding of joins and data views. Understanding of data weighting. Mathematical ability to perform various data calculations needed for data validation and score comparison/variances of different data aggregations. Examples where initiative and problem-solving skills were used to identify a problem along with also identifying potential solutions. Effectively work simultaneously on many projects and adapt quickly to unexpected changes. Tableau or PowerBI or other data visualization experience preferred. Able to rapidly learn new processes, databases, and applications. #LI-KA-1 The starting pay range for this position is: $82,100.00 - $109,500.00 Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. .
