What You'll Be Doing Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers & developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and development. Drive technical excellence within the team, ensuring best practices are followed in application development, particularly in Salesforce environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Foster a culture of courage and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches to problem-solving Ensure a consultant-mindset evolves in place of an order-taking mindset Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality. What We Require Proven experience as a manager for Salesforce development teams. Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.
