Job Title : Splunk Specialist

Location : Remote

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications :

Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and oversee Splunk solutions for collecting, indexing, and analyzing machine data from diverse sources.
• Configure and fine-tune various Splunk components, including forwarders, indexers, search heads, and deployment servers.
• Create tailored Splunk applications, dashboards, and reports to address specific business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly integrate Splunk with other systems and tools like SIEM, ITSM, and monitoring solutions.
• Monitor Splunk infrastructure health and performance, promptly addressing any arising issues.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards within Splunk deployments.
• Offer technical guidance and assistance to junior colleagues and end-users.
• Keep abreast of the latest Splunk features, industry best practices, and trends.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably holds Splunk certifications such as Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified Admin, or Splunk Certified Architect.
• Thorough comprehension of Splunk architecture, components, and configurations.
• Proficient in SPL (Search Processing Language) for data querying and analysis in Splunk.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation and customization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
