Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:30AM - 06:00PM)

Pay Rate: $33.87/hour - $55.31/hour

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's, Master's Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy - Required
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)
• BLS - Required
