SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have NYS Cytotechnologist license (NYSDOH)- REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology, or related area. - REQUIRED
• New York State Department of Education license or a limited permit - REQUIRED

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
