SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years oncology experience- REQUIRED
• Chemo experience- REQUIRED
• Must be willing to float to the outpatient infusion clinic

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)

• Oregon
