SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of CURRENT med surg/tele experience required
• TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY INPATIENT UNIT WITHIN THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE
• Travel experience preferred
• Small critical access facility experience preferred

• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, ACLS and BLS, January 1 start date - Facility will not pend certs)
