Qualifications

PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Overview

Are you passionate about assisting and training dealership employees? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

Are you eager to travel? Southwest Dealer Services Acrisure Protection Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product Support Specialist.

We are looking for someone who can build, nurture, and maintain relationships with our partnered dealerships, provide training and assistance to dealership staff, and effectively resolve identified issues.

Responsibilities

Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Become proficient with all Security System, Dealer Dashboard, and App features and functionality.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation to our partnered dealerships.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealership personnel on applications and backend systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of dealership visits and completing checklist.
  • Submit dealership meeting reports to district managers, direct manager, operations manager, and Sales Force.
  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Collaborate with team to identify and implement new strategies.
  • Help Assist in resolving escalated situations regarding customer needs.
  • Participate in dealership kick-offs for inquiries or training needs.
  • Assist in training technicians with applications.
  • Acquire positive App Ratings and Reviews
  • Travel to various dealerships countrywide.

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Positive, team-oriented, customer-oriented personality
  • Courteous, pleasant, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android systems
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Degree in business or communication recommended but not required
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment

  • Primarily works on dealership lots.
  • Full-Time, business hours : Monday Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM
