Job Summary: The Physical Security Associate II is responsible for helping ensure the safety and security of Acrisure employees, visitors, and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing physical security policies and procedures, designing security systems, and managing security incidents. The Physical Security Officer will work closely with the Director of Security to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations. Key to the position is the ability to be organized, prioritized, and a keen attention to detail. Essential Functions: Respond to and assist in all emergencies, including but not limited to fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity Maintain constant situational awareness of the property through both physical patrols and monitoring CCTV Ensure security of Acrisure buildings and attached parking ramp Conduct investigations into security incidents and report findings to management Actively manage access control access rights to ensure access is granted where required Train employees on physical security systems and equipment Assist with emergency response procedures Work with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols Manage relationships with external security vendors Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security Requirements: Detail oriented Excellent organizational skills Must have effective verbal and written communications skills with the ability to coordinate amongst different stakeholders Knowledge of security system design and integration of different technologies Ability to assess potential risks, threats, and vulnerabilities Proactiveness in showing initiative, integrity, and good judgement Education: High school diploma or equivalent Medical first responder training preferred Experience Experience with enterprise-level security systems Ability to manage vendor relationships Strong communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Professional demeanor and appearance, treating others with respect and consideration Ability to work independently, while also being able to contribute to a collaborative environment and take direction Strong prioritization and time management skills Attention to detail Benefits & Perks: Competitive Compensation Industry Leading Healthcare Savings and Investments Charitable Giving Programs Offering hybrid work option Opportunities for Growth Educational Resources Generous time away Acrisure is equally committed to supporting social issues.
