Job Summary: This role will report directly to the Home Office HR Leader and will be responsible for executing HR Programs and managing employee relations within the corporate space. Responsibilities: Support the investigation, documentation, and resolution of employee relations issues Manage the implementation of Home Office HR initiatives and programs to provide support to positively drive organizational change Assist with the implementation of a performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs Conduct leader training and development programs Coach leaders on hiring and performance management and assist with building foundational HR knowledge Guide leaders and employees regarding policies, values, HR programs and monitor for compliance with Federal, State, and local laws Establish relationships with leaders throughout the corporate space to ensure HR is part of ongoing business decisions Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to understand laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication, relationship-building and influencing abilities Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or similar discipline or the recognized equivalent in education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience working in HR as a Generalist or equivalent role for a large and complex organization.
