We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, parts, and assemblies. If you have experience in warehouse management and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments.
• Ensure inventory accountability and accuracy.
• Arrange for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments.
• Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for process improvement in cost, time, and safety.
• Implement 5S principles for workplace organization and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates.
• Monitor quality in accordance with the company's ISO Quality Plan.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with MRP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain respectful interactions.
• Capacity to perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance, punctuality, and ability to work on-site.
