The Marketing Cloud Administrator will collaborate with business systems analyst andproducts teams to build solutions to meet business challenges and ensure effectivecollaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze technical business requirements to configure, develop and release solutions onthe Marketing Cloud platform.Manage and update integrations and connectors.Research and resolve system errors.Develop user facing layouts and UIs.Apply A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniquesCreate comprehensive reports to track ROI and key performance indicatorsData Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance,providing insights and recommendations for improvementQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. Experience in financial services a plus1 years of experience with Marketing CloudExperience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Experience collaborating and managing relationships with other technology teams andbusiness partners.Experience with Salesforce and Sales CloudExperience with email marketing and campaign automationExperience with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Data Extensions,Automation Studio Content Builder, Email Studio, etc.Experience with Change Management to create plans that result in greater acceptanceand adoption of new systems and processes.Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto write simple correspondence.
