What this opportunity involves:

We’re currently seeking a motivated Project Manager – Client Onboarding (US based) to join our PMO team with a purpose to manage the successful on-boarding of new clients and support broader project management across the globe!

This is a busy and fast-paced role supporting clients and partnering with our internal teams to create a seamless onboarding experience. No two days are the same as our clients are constantly looking for their competitive edge in highly competitive markets. If you're an analytical thinker with a structured approach and brilliant problem solving skills, then this is the role for you.

• Own your projects – end to end accountability from start to finish
• Be the “go-to” person for clients during project implementation
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for everyone

Success in the role looks like:

• We measure success through client engagement (NPS program) along with commercial performance, staff engagement & brand reputation
• Solid project management experience, ideally in a BPO
• Delivery of agreed projects, managing business and process analysis, requirements gathering, scheduling and documentation
• Exceptional communication and listening skills to really understand client needs and translate to positive onboarding
• High level of self-awareness placing importance on building trust, respect and playing an active role in creating a positive team culture
