• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in our clients location, engaging with customers to meet their needs.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process for new services, offering clear explanations and ensuring understanding.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer happiness.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve high standards of customer service and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment and handle tasks efficiently.
• Full-time availability to work in Bedford, including the flexibility to work weekends.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not required.
