Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' health conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

Skills:
- Proficient in venipuncture and IV therapy
- Knowledge of ostomy care procedures
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings
- Familiarity with ophthalmology procedures and assessments
- Strong medical documentation skills
- Ability to suture minor wounds when necessary
- Experience in hospital or acute care settings
- Competent in performing diagnostic evaluations
- Ability to provide critical care interventions when needed

Qualifications:

- Valid drivers license preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [LOCATION] Or about to complete.
- Students about to graduate, recent graduates or experienced are welcomed.
