Together, let's brew up success! **Position Summary** The Nespresso Territory Sales Lead will be trained in all specific client program initiatives to best engage sales representatives, retail vendor associates, and store customers about the latest Nespresso product offerings. This role will oversee the daily development of an assigned group of Field Nespresso Advisors, traveling to various stores to provide targeted mentoring, training, and coaching sessions to ensure all representatives are well-versed in product knowledge and properly executing program sales strategies. The Territory Lead will also be responsible for balancing product demo supplies, maintaining retailer relationships, and modeling engaging demonstrations during store visits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a proven track record in sales, and an enthusiastic attitude to continually promote the Nespresso brand and their sustainable business initiatives. **Schedule & Locations** 12-16 hours per weekend Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays Visit localSur La Table, Williams Sonoma, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale's retailers on a rotational basis withinassigned territory area **What We Offer** $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Paid training program to certify you on Nespresso product knowledge W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule & direct deposit 401(k) option with employer match Paid time off **Duties** _Sales Support_ Identify sales opportunities at store level (advertising, demo inventory, and traffic awareness) Schedule and conduct sales events at store level Ensure any inventory issues (either too high or out of stock) are communicated to the manufacturer and retailer appropriately _Training & Development_ Provide ongoing sales floor training sessions for assigned ActionLink Nespresso representatives at minimum of once per month Ensure representatives are well informed on Nespresso manufacturing and product knowledge, including features/benefits, machine usage principles, recycling credentials, and hardware overview Implement sales skills assessment and coaching interventions where applicable Engage in introduction trainings for new product rollouts _Internal Communication_ Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit that include the following: Detailing state of stores, traffic flow, sales trends, competitive activity, inventory issues, etc. Pictures/photos with detailed description Comments Escalate in-store issues promptly through appropriate channels Identify competitive advantages and submit ideas to combat at local level Participate in team conference calls _Operational Responsibilities_ Consistently meet predefined visit frequency goals, adhering to ActionLink's travel and expense policies Consistently meet predefined expense goals **Qualifications** 2-3 years of experience selling in retail or at special events Some retail experience in a supervisory, training, or lead capacity is a plus Enthusiast of coffee related beverages Strong ability to manage relationships at all levels and motivate others Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal communication skills Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups **Physical Requirements:** Must be willing and able to travel to different retail locations throughout assigned territory (locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed) Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards Must adhere to professional appearance standards as required by ActionLink and client Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 30 lbs. without assistance Access to a smart device with data plan Access to reliable transportation Equal Opportunity Employer ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
