Our team of Merchandising Specialists visit major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target and more to ensure the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all promotional product displays for our clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, Bose, Intel, among many others. **SERVICE COVERAGE AREA:** Visits are conducted at a variety of big-box retailers throughout Wichita and the surrounding area. Travel throughout KS will be required, and a rental car and hotel will be provided as needed. Travel outside of KS may be needed on occasion. Wichita, KS 67206 is the center of the radius territory **SCHEDULING:** 32-40 hours per week Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays typically between 8am - 5pm Opportunities for additional hours may be available if you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states. Travel outside of KS may be needed on occasion. **PAY & BENEFITS:** We offer a tiered pay rate system depending on the level of in-store task being done. Basic merchandising projects start at $17 per hour. Medical, dental, vision, life, & prescription insurance plans Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match W2 employment with bi-weekly pay schedule and direct deposit Drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Previous merchandising, 3PL, and/or relevant retail experience is highly desirable Ability to complete all levels of merchandising work in the assigned territory Strong detail-orientation to be able to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams Ability to work independently most of the time and as part of a small team when needed Strong communication skills either in-person, by phone, email, and text message Willing to travel to all retail vendor locations within the assigned service area Access to internet, basic hand-held tools, and smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus High School diploma or GED **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States A valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. _Equal Opportunity Employer_
