Cleanroom Manager

Performs the following:

• Assign production for the cleanroom.

• Perform disciplinary action and documentation per Acorn policies.

• Organize production priorities.

• Communicate and document any needs or issues inside and outside of the cleanroom.

• Work with the Quality Team to address any deviations or incidents.

• Work with various departments, ensuring efficient product flow.

• Verify incoming material and components going into the cleanroom, ensuring traceability.

• Manage supervisors on respective shifts.

• Track and communicate equipment issues.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate deviations as needed.

• Develop procedures, and work instructions; implement standards and policies.

• Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management with all direct downline.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes, workflow, and throughout; work with departments to initiate and implement change control.

• Identify training deficiencies for cleanroom technicians.

• Develop personnel growth opportunities.

• Manage timecards and employee PTO.

• Accomplish department objectives; plan and evaluate cleanroom activities.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
