Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Director will provide strategic leadership to the talent acquisition function. The position is responsible for driving current and future talent acquisition needs throughout the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leads organization recruitment strategy.
  • Manages and develops an effective staff.
  • Designs and executes sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Provides thought leadership and consultation to senior leaders on recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to develop and report on key talent acquisition metrics and makes informed recommendation for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and oversee strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Seeks to improve recruiting processes and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for coaching performance, making decisions on corrective action and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment such as over the phone, email and video calls.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting related employment laws and best practices.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and thrives in paying attention to details.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful demonstration of leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Healthcare industry experience desired.
  • ABA industry experience a plus.
