Are you passionate about wellness and helping others achieve optimal health? We're seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our Integrative & Functional Medicine Medical Center.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize our EHR and Money Management systems to manage patient information
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Process patient payments and provide accurate billing information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Assist with aesthetic events and sales
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office or medspa setting is helpful.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with medical software systems is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on experience. We also provide a 3% 401K after eligibility requirements are met., and generous paid time off.
