We’re seeking an experienced, skilled Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify project requirements.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for steel erection projects; including take-offs, crew size selection and application based on work type and union rules, equipment selection, productivity rates, etc…
  • Proficiently use Excel and Bluebeam for precise quantity takeoffs and pricing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the improvement of estimating structure to modernize estimating production and output.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10 years) as an Estimator in the steel erection field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, with an understanding of scope of work to bid.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
