FULL TIME EVENING SHIFT 3pm-11:30pm
Provides direct patient care for assigned patients in compliance with departmental standards and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Assists in ADL's
- Supervises meals and passes trays.
- Obtains vital signs.
- Communicates and maintains documentation in the EMR.
- Assure pertinent information is channeled appropriately.
- Performs escort duties
- Supervises solarium/day room activities
- Assists with patient related discussion or activity groups.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations
- Basic computer skills
- CPR will be required to be obtained during orientation
