ACMC Healthcare System is Hiring a Clinical Applications Analyst Near Ashtabula, OH

This position provides analytical, clinical, and resource management system support for our organization's healthcare applications. The position provides internal consulting to hospital managers and advise the end users in the use of technology in order to attain operational efficiencies. This position will participate in the evaluation, planning, interface monitoring, data manipulating, reporting, database building, testing, implementation and support of the ACMC Healthcare System healthcare applications. This position maintains a role as a dedicated physician support role for EMR, being a key representative and first contact in direct physician support and nursing as needed, ACMC physician personalization training as needed.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven problem-solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.

Expert level of PC literacy and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications preferred.

Competent to work on moderately complex assignments.

Required Length and Type of Experience:

Three years of healthcare experience supporting clinical systems. Five years of healthcare experience

supporting clinical systems will be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Licensure or Certification

N/A

Required Physical and Environmental Demands

Physical stamina to travel between hospital locations in inclement weather.

Ability to lift 20 lbs. (printer or CPU if necessary).

Mental concentration to multi-task and work within aggressive deadlines.
