Description

The person in this position should be a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler/Dispatcher/Timekeeper with the title Paint Crew Dispatch Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling painting jobs, dispatching crews to various locations, and ensuring accurate timekeeping for all projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project managers and the sales team to schedule commercial/contract projects.
• Coordinate with retail clients to schedule painting projects.
• Assign and dispatch painting crews to job sites based on availability, location, and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, including start and completion dates, and communicate updates to clients as needed.
• Track and record employee hours worked on each project, ensuring accuracy for payroll and billing processing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule estimates and follow-up appointments with clients.
• Address any scheduling conflicts or delays promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or timekeeping roles for 100 Employee Companies preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and above average attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using online scheduling software and advanced computer skills. (Specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general software proficiency)
• Knowledge of the painting industry or construction background is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
