ACI Coatings is looking for experienced painters to join the us and run a 2-3 man crew/van as a Lead Painter. We currently employee 45 painters and are running 20 crews to commercial and residential work all over eastern Washington and northern Idaho. We are looking for people with 5-10 years of painting experience, painting large commercial buildings, and high end custom homes. Airless Pump efficiency is required for all our lead painters. We are looking for someone with experience managing multiple other employees and planning out month long jobs by the day and week to ensure all deadlines are hit.

Advertised wage range is a starting point. ACI offers overtime, bonus pay, profit sharing and an extremely valuable benefits package. We also work on many prevailing wage jobs where painters can make $40-50/hour. ACI Coatings also have a unique T.I.P. program where you can earn bonuses quarterly!
