Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Plant Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Plant Services team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for other departments and technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Duties:
- Receive and process service requests from clients via phone, email, or online platforms
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to plant locations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and resources for each service call
- Monitor the progress of service calls and provide updates to Plant Services Manager as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, including client information, service details, and technician assignments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency of service coordination

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry, scheduling, and communication purposes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
