Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Assist with building maintenance, such as coordinating with service calls
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
