Achievement Behavior Care is a boutique agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and their families. We provide services in many states across the country! Our main offices are located in NY. We are BCBA owned and operated since 2015. Job Description:

· Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

· Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians. Opportunities to supervise BCBA candidates

· Schedule and conduct parent trainings

·Coordinate care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc.

· Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans

· Monitor and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK

· Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective communication

· Ensure high quality care and services

Requirements:

· Ability to work via telehealth, in a hybrid model, or in person in various locations across Jacksonville.

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst & NY Licensed Behavior Analyst

· Malpractice Insurance

· Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc.

· Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
