This position does require 1 week/month onsite in San Rafael, CA that will cover paid travel expenses.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Technical writer partners with Global Process Owner and Process Leads to create and revise documentation to
support the implementation of SAP. Technical Writer will redline documents and manage workflows in document management system and provide project status updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create and Revise GMP documentation: Under guidance from process lead, create and revise GMP documentation supporting the process design and validation timeline.
? Create and Revise Work Instructions: Under guidance from process lead, create and revise work instructions supporting the process design.
? Project Manage Workflows: Manage workflows in Veeva Quality Document Management System and document owners to meet validation and project timelines. Provide status reports to PMO and Workstreams.

- Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions. - Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
- Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
- Review and/or copy edit content developed by other members of the team.
- Fluency in technical and common office software (including Document Management System (e.g. Veeva DMS))
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in GMP control systems is preferred.

Key Working Relationships: - Partner with GPO and Process Leads on content requirements resulting in new or revised documents.
- Partner with Veeva Document Owners to initiate and manage document workflows.
- Partner with Project Ignite PMO on program updates.
