This is a hands-on MDM/Patient 360 architect position, responsible for designing and implementing MDM solution leveraging vendor product Reltio and AZURE services, Databricks Lakehouse architecture. The individual is expected to align with the agile delivery methodologies and keep pace with the rapid changes in operations and policies/procedures.

Experience Range: 10 Years

Must-have:
Familiarity with MDM landscape should have implemented at least one end to end MDM platform, preferably in RELTIO.
Experience in healthcare industry preferred
Experience with implementation of MDM capabilities (Survivorship, Match & Merge, Identity resolution)
Experience in Azure cloud data services, with perspective on various integration patterns.
Experience with building ETL/ELT pipelines within Databricks (Delta Lake).
5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services (ADLS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Event Stream, EventHub, Data Bricks, Python Scripting)
Experience with Kafka, event processing and streaming.
5 years of experience with data modeling, data migration, data analysis, and SQLs
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), should be able to analyze, compare and profile data sets
Should be comfortable working with business stakeholders & summarizing/presenting findings
Ability to work in globally distributed teams
Knowledge of IT processes, including quality assurance, release management, and production support
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal, and informal).
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent education/professional experience is required

Nice to have:
Exposure to Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
Ability to understand, document and communicate technical design, best practices, toolsets, and solutions
