Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Klevu, and Monetate.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Demonstrated ability to track and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

· Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, emails, and website landing page content, to support SEO/SEM and social media.

· Collaborate with SEO/SEM partner to provide them with high-quality content, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives.

· Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing content efforts with overall business goals.

· Partner with the Digital Multimedia Specialist to create visual content, such as images, gif files, or video clips for the website, social media, or other marketing materials.

· Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Actively manage content calendars to maintain relevance and consistency across all platforms.

· Continuously test and optimize digital marketing content to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

· Keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of all digital marketing content efforts, ensuring that content enhances the overall customer experience.
