Mold Maintenance Technician

1st Shift – 7am – 3pm

Salary: $20 – $28p/h

I’m working with a leading manufacturer of Medical Device products, based in Orchard Park, NY and they are looking for a Mold Maintenance Technician to join their team on their 1st Shift Monday to Friday. This is an international client that have flourished in recent years and hiring quite heavily at the moment to take the next steps in their expansion.

In this role you will be required to maintain, clean and changeover molds to keep up with production, previous injection molding experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, sorting, and changeover of all molds
• Provide safe working environment
• Work for other departments when needed
• Maintain all equipment in first-class condition
• Help maintain a flow of ideas and a sharing of knowledge to increase the level of expertise in toolroom
• Help maintain cleanliness and order that makes toolroom standout
• Support and adhere to corporate mission, values, and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical ability required
• Two years of relatable experience required
