Ace of Spays, a trusted and expanding spay and neuter surgical service, is seeking a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Technician/Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to pets in the recovery area, providing them with compassionate care and monitoring their post-operative progress.

- Assisting with anesthetic induction and monitoring.

- Assist with preparing surgical packs and medications.

- Assist with other veterinary and administrative tasks as needed.

- Clean and sanitize, ensuring a clean and safe environment for pets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician.

- Comfortable with venipucture, IV catheter placement and intubation.

- Knowledge of basic veterinary care and procedures.

- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of varying sizes and temperaments.

- Ability to handle animal scents and noise with a positive attitude.

Position Type: Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) Hours: 9am - 5pm
