Reports To: Manager on duty
Summary:
- Willing to learn Lawn and Garden, Fertilizer's, Chemicals, Seed and Gardening Sales, Grills and Outdoor Living Sells as well as Hardware Sales
- Creating a Great Customer Service experience in all Departments
- Using POS software to check out customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Opening and closing
- Demonstrate value to customers to gather additional business and increase sales
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- No relevant experience needed
- Superior customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Ability to make suggestions to increase Sales in all Departments
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to load bagged goods and products in vehicles
- Ability to work outside as needed
