We are a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated team player to have a key role in our customer’s in-home experience while working at our new Rogers, MN, location.
In this role, you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services, solutions and service model we proudly provide to them. Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist at our Ace Handyman Services (AHS) Twin Cities Northwest location, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer sales and education as well as organizing work and project schedules for our craftsmen/women. This will require that you provide customers with information and advice on our services, pricing and availability. You will be a key component to the management of the daily schedule. Your specific duties include:
· Answer phones, review inbound emails, respond to customer calls and online leads in a timely manner
· Educate customers on our services, capabilities, rates and availability, and quote projects via phone
· Utilize Ace dispatching & schedule management software to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of customer needs, keeping in mind logistics of projects and travel time
· Act as initial point of escalation for customer concerns and follow up with past customers as needed
· Assist in solving operational and logistics issues to ensure a smooth customer journey
· Support Franchise Owner in additional duties as needed to ensure successful ongoing operations
· Available to work between the hours of 8am – 5pm (CST), Monday – Friday at our Rogers, MN, location
· This position will start as part time and move to full time as our business grows
 
Specific qualifications include:
· 3 years customer service and/or inside sales
· 3 years administrative assistance
· Very comfortable with a selling process and willing to lead customers through a buying decision by following the Ace Service Path
· Highly organized self-starter, detail-oriented individual with prioritization skills
· Interested in continuous improvement and adaptive to technology changes
· Ability to interact effectively with and influence both customers and our craftsmen/women
· Strong customer service skills and solution-focused attitude, willing to try new things
· Adept at using multiple software applications; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word 
· Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Brings a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie to the workplace
· Excited about a start-up and building new business
Additional non-required experience and skills a plus:
· 2- or 4- year college degree
· Sales and/or Marketing understanding and experience
· Social Media posts
