Job Description
As an Administrative Sales Support Specialist, you will get to know our communication technology inside and out. You will provide reliable support to our outside sales team and become the expert in new wireless and wired technology solutions. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, possess excellent communication skills and handle multiple administrative tasks. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Support our B2B sales reps in all aspects of the business.
• Work directly with clients with facilitating orders and customer service issues.
• Trouble shoot customer issues and come up with business specific solutions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or email correspondence.
• Account receivables

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
