As a Behavior Analyst your responsibilities are to assess children with behavioral problems, study changes the environment has on the child's behavior, and implement behavior plans to improve unwanted behaviors. A master's degree or higher in Behavioral Analysis is required or must be licensed in the fields of Mental Health, Marriage and Family, Social Worker, or Forensic psychology.
