Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care and implement behavioral therapy techniques
- Work with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment goals
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records of patient interactions and treatment sessions
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Strong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
