Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage administrative staff, including training and development - Coordinate and oversee office events, including event planning and execution - Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development - Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries - Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave - Provide administrative support to staff members as needed - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Oversee medical office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of payroll processing systems preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
