- Serve as the primary IT support liaison for the region.
- Assist other team members in meeting business demands.
- Manage escalated incidents and requests from the Service Desk.
- Collaborate with other departments within IT Operations.
- Assist end users onsite or remotely with hardware and software inquiries.
- Configure and install IT hardware and software.
- Perform asset management, including updates and reconciliation.
- 4 years of experience in technology, with a focus on network, systems engineering, and programming.
- 2 years of experience in a security-focused role.
- Basic coding skills in Python, PowerShell, and other languages.
- Experience managing firewalls, IDS, IPS, and network security solutions.
- 2 years of experience with AV/EDR solutions (e.g., SentinelOne, Crowdstrike).
- 2 years of experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea).
- 2 years of experience administering and securing cloud environments.
- 2 years of experience administering email security tools (e.g., ProofPoint, Mimecast).
- Basic experience with incident response concepts and forensics collection.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
