- The Workday Financials Consultant will be responsible for implementations and ongoing solution support of the Workday Financials Management product.
- This individual will assist in leading functional areas within the project as well as being an individual contributor within the Workday Delivery team.
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday Financials solutions
- Configure and test Workday to satisfy client requirements
- Modify, maintain, and modernize existing client solutions
- Document data flows, solutions, and test results
- Communicate clearly with project manager / client regarding status of work, gaps, time to implement, or issues and potential resolutions
- Create detailed process flows and project documentation
- Travel to client sites or offices as needed to support
- Workday Financials Certification
- 2 years of consulting experience preferable
- Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday Financials implementation
- Experience designing, architecting, and solutioning any Workday module
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting coupled with accounting skills and experience
- Advanced Excel skill required
