Job Description: We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Plant Manager to join our dynamic team. The Plant Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with production and technical departments to ensure operational excellence and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the plant staff, setting clear goals and expectations aligned with company objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Production Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
