Accraply is Hiring an Office Admin - Now Hiring Near Brooklyn, MN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and assistance to the Brooklyn Park Site Leadership Team to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Coordinate, create and finalize PowerPoint presentations, Excel tools and other documents.
  • Welcome new team members and coordinate successful onboarding.
  • Help with administrative tasks across departments/teams, including but not limited to customer calls, and report creation.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining team server, file directories and SharePoint sites.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Education/Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience in a Office Coordinator role preferred, with a successful track record of proactively organizing and supporting a results-driven team
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Post-Secondary education in business, communication or other related field a plus

  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong, collaborative interpersonal skills – easily builds strong, trusting relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highest level of integrity and discretion with confidential information

  • Proactive service mindset – anticipates and responds to customer needs

  • Business acumen
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including experience with higher level Excel functions and PowerPoint

ADA Requirements:

  • Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
  • Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
  • Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
  • Travel by air or car – less than 10%
