About High Street House:

High Street House is a quaint assisted living community with 11 apartments located in a quiet residential setting, just blocks from downtown Lake City. High Street House has a cozy, family feel environment. 

About This Role:

Performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization and agency. All functions shall be performed in accordance with the established policies and practices and state Nurse Practice Act. The LPN delivers care to clients as delegated by the RN Director of Nursing or designee.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• CPR certified.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation.
