Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our manufacturing client's team on a temporary basis.
The candidate will be responsible for processing a large backlog of invoices using their AP automation software, Esker.
Job Duties :
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently using Esker AP automation software.
- Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties including invoice matching, coding, data entry, and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice inquiries and payment status.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support for audits as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records of invoices and payment documentation.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a full-cycle accounts payable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with special projects and process improvements within the accounts payable department.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with AP automation software such as Esker is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with SAP and Dynamics 365 is preferred, but not required.
Location : On-site @ Greenwood Village, 80111
Schedule : 40 hrs / week Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 6 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
Duration : Through the month of June (temporary project) Starting 5 / 28
Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation for this position is $26 / hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
