- Support daily invoicing for customer orders.
- Aid in processing vendor payments and maintaining accurate accounting spreadsheets.
- Determine payment distributions and handle shipping preparations.
- Assist in managing accounts payable, including receiving invoices and maintaining vendor records.
- Help with various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, expense reports, and maintaining compliance with resale licensing requirements.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of accounting experience supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Intermediate MS Office experience using Excel and Word.
