This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function including reception, concierge, and switch/communications.The role provides excellent opportunities for growth and exposure in Front Office.In this role the overnight star will:Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalism Be analytical and possess an eye for detail which will help maintain the hotels standardsAssist the Night Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures QualificationsEnthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a similar role preferredExperience and exposure to Opera cloud preferredWell presented and good communication skillsFlexible to work a rotation of overnight shiftsAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
