Take your career to a whole new level with us and join our kitchen team in our award-winning hotel! Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation for all culinary departments (Outlets, Banquets, In-Room Dining, Employee Dining)Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirementsMaintaining and ordering stocks and suppliesTo consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleaguesAny other tasks that may be assigned Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following: Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsQualificationsYOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:Creative and passionate about food and customer serviceMust be able to work any shift assigned, such as holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings.
