Care DeliveryTo provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.
- Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
- Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
- Help with general light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Passionate about caregiving and a desire to help others
- Committed to being present and providing quality care
- Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage the demands of the job.
- Must meet State requirements for position
- Current CPR/BLS and TB
- Must be able to travel to patients’ homes and have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
