Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our apartment complex. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail-oriented, highly skilled, and possesses at least 4 years of maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades who can tackle a variety of tasks, from fixing plumbing issues to painting walls and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of property assets and reduce repair costs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory levels.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
